HIGHLAND WAY IS CLOSED!
HIGHLAND WAY IS CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS FOR CONSTRUCION. USE THE ALTERNATE DIRECTIONS "FROM THE SOUTH" BELOW AND DRIVE AROUND THROUGH CORRALITOS"
From the North <--DO NOT USE THIS ROUTE!
1) Hwy 17 South from San Jose.2) Take Summit Rd Exit.
3) Go South on Summit Road (over the highway)
4) Travel approx 5 miles South on Summit Rd to the stop sign.
5) Turn right at the stopsign, then quick left onto Highland Rd.
6) Travel approx 4 miles South on Highland Rd to the 4-way, dirt intersection at Buzzard Lagoon Rd (yellow "+" sign)
7) Turn right onto Buzzard Lagoon Rd [dirt road]
8) Entrance gate is 100 yds past the intersection on right hand side.
From the South
1) From Hwy 1 in Aptos, take Freedom Blvd East to Corralitos.2) Turn Left on Corralitos Road (becomes Eureka Canyon) and travel 11.5 miles North to Buzzard Lagoon Rd.
2) Turn Left on Buzzard Lagoon and go 100 yds to the entrance gate.
